Pablo was an especially helpful owner, sharing all sorts of Iquitos tips, from places to eat and sights to see to transport and currency exchange. It felt like having a tourist information office as part of the stay, and he also offers airport rides. The place is well located near several restaurants. The rooms were clean, the AC worked perfectly, and the shower water was warm. All the staff gave excellent service. You can stay in either the hotel or the guesthouse, and both include access to the hotel pool and offer the same quality. Thanks so much, Pablo. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Having a room for all four of us made the stay convenient, since family rooms like this aren't common at other hotels. We'd definitely stay here again on a return to Iquitos. Pablo, the owner, was incredibly trustworthy and made us feel comfortable. We planned to take the ferry to Santa Rosa and fly back, and weren't sure we'd be able to get ferry tickets for the right time. As soon as we arrived, he took us to the ticket office, and we got our tickets. After that, we could relax until it was time to leave.

We had a comfortable two-night stay, thanks to the owner's kindness and attention to what we needed. He personally picked us up at the airport and was so welcoming. He also suggested a great rainforest tour lasting three days and two nights. We enjoyed it so much, and it left us with wonderful memories of Iquitos. Highly recommend!

The airport transfer worked very well, and Mr. Pablo was friendly throughout. Casa Luna feels welcoming, with top-notch rooms and bathrooms.
