The fan kept the room cool enough, and the staff were helpful. The kitchen looked fine and was clean, and they boiled water when I asked. I felt secure inside the hostel, though I wouldn't linger in the immediate area. It's a no-frills place, but adequate and not far from a main street.

The breakfast was a real highlight, beautifully served. From the lovely terrace with its fruit trees, you can look out over the Belen district, and the Belen market is very close. The staff were kind and answered all our questions. A nice place to stay and get a feel for local life.

The rooms are cleaned every day, and the area is quiet and peaceful. It has a cozy atmosphere, with staff who are very welcoming and attentive. A great place to stay in Iquitos.
