Nativo Hotel

The rooftop pool is open to anyone, not only hotel guests, and its water looked very dirty when the lights were on. There was also a lot of dust and poor upkeep around the lobby. Near the pool, you can see areas like the generator, staff rooms, and laundry that shouldn’t be in public view. My room was quite dirty too, with damp patches on the walls and ceiling. The hotel has potential, but it isn’t maintained to the right standard, and I’d only stay if there were no better options. There’s no elevator or staff to help with luggage, so watch out if you have a heavy suitcase.

The room faced the inner courtyard and stayed very quiet at night, even with traffic nearby outside. It was clean, spacious, and well looked after, and the area felt reasonably safe to walk around, including at night when there was activity. The hotel has good amenities like a pool, WiFi, and air conditioning. Breakfast is simple but very good.

If you’re booking this hotel for the pool, don’t bother. Guests from outside are allowed to use it, and when five people packed in, the pool became unusable for us. They left noisily afterward and wet the floors outside our door. That was annoying, and we would’ve booked an ordinary hotel instead.

I regret choosing this hotel for my two nights. There was banging noise from morning until night, the pillows were horrible, and the location wasn’t great. I also had to carry my luggage up many stairs because there’s no elevator or help. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
