The rooms are basic but clean, and the grounds are pleasant. You can arrange a range of tours through the hotel or on your own. Meals taste good, though the choices are limited, usually four per meal, and breakfast is a small buffet. A few dishes weren't very good, and there were only a handful of regional options.

The pools come in handy in this constant heat, and the facilities are nice. The people are really nice too. Meals are pricey and not especially good, though there aren't other choices. If you book through the hotel's own site instead of Booking or another service, they don't offer the all inclusive package.

The pool and location are good, and the staff are friendly. The guide was great. But the food is very basic with few choices, the hot shower stayed cold, there was no WiFi or round the clock power, and there was no AC.

There are gardens, a little pond, a boardwalk, and even a playground on the property. Lots of spots to relax around the pool too. It's a beautiful place.

A wonderful spot to unwind and feel connected to the jungle. I'd definitely recommend it.
