At 9:30 PM, I was left outside with my reservation denied and no one even letting me in. I’d booked through Booking.com and had been messaging with them beforehand. The owner rudely claimed there was no booking and the rooms were full. Completely unacceptable. Stay away.

The whole experience left a terrible impression on anyone visiting Peru. The service was rude and showed no empathy. The reservation had been made ahead of time and confirmed with the hotel by phone before leaving the airport, yet when the guest arrived with all their luggage, the owner or manager said they couldn't find it and left them outside. Around 10 PM, there was supposedly a room available, but when they tried to sort things out, the owner said there was no space. How does a reservation disappear an hour before arrival?
