10/10
For our family of four, having two connecting rooms was really convenient. We stayed one night when we arrived in Peru and another before leaving, and both stays went well. The location is handy, within walking distance of Kennedy park and lots of restaurants. Parque del amor and Larcomar mall take a longer walk or an Uber. They let us check in at 11:30 am when we arrived at 10, even though the usual time was 2 pm. After 24 hours of travel, that helped a lot. Before our midnight flight, they also arranged a six-hour late checkout for a nominal fee, which was much more convenient than leaving at the normal noon checkout. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and the front desk and restaurant staff spoke English well. Breakfast was included and good, and the buffet lunch was good too. Thanks especially to Karen at the front desk and the gentleman in the restaurant whose name I forgot. He always helped us choose food and filled our water bottles. We were very satisfied with both stays.

The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the staff were consistently pleasant and ready to help with whatever we needed. The hotel is also extremely central, close to the main places we wanted to visit. Casa Andina exceeded my expectations.

The staff were great and always helpful. Rooms were clean and well cared for, with AC, fresh water, and complimentary slippers. A really nice place to stay.

The hotel's location is great, and it was very clean. The staff were kind and accommodating. I did have a few problems, though. The TV in my room often didn't work properly, and the breakfast area needs a lot of improvement. It was a basic continental breakfast and was cold many times. I could also hear noise in my room at night, which made sleeping difficult.

The room was spotless, and the large TV mounted on the wall and the fridge, which worked well, were nice to have. There was also a huge safe for valuables. I was generally happy with the hotel, and the location, friendly staff, and breakfast buffet were all good. What brought my rating down was the lack of ventilation, especially since the windows couldn't be opened, and the bathtub wouldn't drain at all. A large clump of hair was stuck in the drain plug. The drains need regular checks. A ten-minute maintenance task spoiled what had been a good experience.
