The location is perfect, the rooms are spotless and top quality, and the service couldn't be better. Highly recommend it.

I walked away instead of paying $53 plus taxes and a $20 early check-in charge for being just an hour early. I'd booked with a Genius discount, so I expected $40. Felt like a gringo trap to me. No thanks, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The studios in Miraflores are lovely, clean, and in a handy spot near the beach and restaurants. Getting inside was a hassle, though: nobody was there when we arrived, and after several calls and messages we waited around 30-40 minutes before checking in. Lima gets cold, and the bedroom's portable heater wasn't enough for me. There's no central heating.

I spent more than 30 minutes trying to reach anyone, but my calls were ignored and my messages were read without a reply. With nobody at the property, I had to find somewhere else to stay at midnight. I've never had this happen before, and I found the service completely unacceptable. I'd give zero stars if I could.
