We booked the apartment for four adults. We got a double bed in one room as promised, but the other room had only one single bed. The manager said there was a pull-out mattress under the bed, but it came with no blanket or pillow. A mattress on the floor is not the single bed we were promised. The photo shows the “4th bed” we received. When we asked the owner for help, he was no use. We couldn't even get an extra blanket and pillow for the fourth sleeping spot. The manager suggested I sleep on the sofa, which was embarrassing and inappropriate, and showed she knew there was a problem with sleeping arrangements. The owner and manager just passed responsibility back and forth and did nothing to help. Everyone involved treated us in a disappointing, infuriating, humiliating, and disrespectful way. Worst apartment and stay I've ever had. I'll never come back.

The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. Staff were very responsible and friendly. The building also has a stunning panoramic view.

Some friends' family came from abroad and stayed at Trendy, across from Reducto Park in Miraflores. It was a truly good choice: the place was private and impeccable, and the location was excellent.

We were locked out of the apartment for five hours and couldn’t get in. A terrible experience. I’d never risk staying here again.

Lima looks incredible from here. One of the best views in the city, and I’d highly recommend it.
