Duque de Villa Miraflores

Had a really good time.

The service was top-notch, and the rooms were spacious. Great location and affordable prices, too. Without a doubt, my best experience. 100% recommended.

The night shift person is friendly, but the young man working mornings is awful. He doesn’t greet you and comes across as rude and extremely arrogant.

The room was freezing at night, with no heating and blankets that barely kept me warm. A broken window let in a lot of drafts, and when I asked staff to fix it, they only covered it with a piece of cardboard the next day. The beds are very uncomfortable, the hotel is in terrible condition, and it’s noisy. They don’t clean the room or replace towels unless you keep asking for towels, toilet paper, and soap. There were footprints on the bed, as if someone had climbed on it. Staff weren’t helpful. I can’t recommend this place 👎🏼
