A nice room and it matched all the descriptions. A great place to enjoy some peace and quiet with your partner.

The extra charge on this visit ended a run of stays I’d had there before. In the past, they told us when our paid room time was up. This time nobody said anything, and an hour later we had to pay more. The young man helping us said they never notify guests, which was the opposite of what had happened on earlier visits. It was a bad experience, so I won’t be back.

The service and cleanliness were excellent, and the location is great. I’d recommend it.

The room was clean, but the service was so inefficient that I left. It was my first time renting a room with a jacuzzi, and I had to look up a YouTube video to work out how to fill it. There was no hot water; I waited almost two hours, but it never came back. The manager said they were using it in another room. 😯 The TV also had no Wi-Fi for almost an hour. I did use the jacuzzi and bathroom, but not the bed. They charged me 20 soles for the wait and bathroom use.
