We visited in June 2025, and our host Norman looked after us well and helped arrange our tours. When we arrived in Lima, he had our bus and attraction tickets printed and neatly organized for easy reference. He paid attention to what we needed and made sure we felt safe and comfortable. Thanks, Norman, for the great accommodation.

It's the best place for us. We always request the same room because it feels so homely and welcoming. The location is excellent, and the staff are polite and attentive. We feel safe here and love staying at The Place.

I haven't stayed in a better hotel in Peru. The WiFi is free and great, breakfast is good quality, and the shower gets properly hot. There are comfortable common areas upstairs and downstairs, and the staff are friendly. Entry is through a secure buzzer gate.

The beds were awful, breakfast was tiny, and there was no happy atmosphere at all. Only stay if you just need somewhere to dump your bag.

Friendly staff and a good location. It's about 200 meters from the main street, where buses go in every direction, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants around.
