I stayed in March 2026 and had a great experience. The room was spotless, with a large, comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. The hotel also feels very safe and is in a great location. The staff made the stay especially pleasant. Juan Carlos Hurtado stood out for his thoughtful, empathetic service and charming personality. It’s the kind of care that makes you want to come back. I recommend it 100%! 💫💫💫💫💫

The view is amazing, and the hotel is beautiful and spotless. The staff are incredibly friendly, too. 100% recommended.

The portable air conditioners are so loud that getting restful sleep is impossible. Since the units connect to the windows, the curtains can’t be shut. Reception provided terrible service and didn’t offer or even try to find a fix. There’s no parking, so finding a space is nearly impossible, and nobody helps with parking or luggage. The price is far too high for the service. I ended up leaving to find somewhere else.
