The room was small, reasonably comfortable, and quiet enough, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Getting in and out was less comfortable: the entrance is in an alley, and you have to ring the bell both ways. Inside, there’s a somewhat mirrored window, so you can’t see in, and it was hard to hear what was being said, especially with my limited Spanish. I ended up trying to talk through the little money slot, and saw another tourist from France doing the same. The neighborhood gave me an unsafe feeling, though I can’t say for sure that it is unsafe. I’d rather the hotel trust the locked front door to be secure without also relying on the glass security screen.
