I lived at this Ivania guesthouse for a year. It operates as a guesthouse, even though the sign has been taken down. When I tried to return, the owner wouldn’t let me in and kept my money and belongings, saying he was blind. He acts like a poor, harmless guy, but I think he’s a scoundrel. I can’t recommend the place. That old man doesn’t even have a suit and looks pathetic in torn sweatshirts. Anyway, now he’s going to be in trouble. Carlos Aliaga

I’d come back without hesitation. The location is excellent, and the two managers gave the best customer service. This is the only place I’d give five stars to without thinking twice. I definitely recommend it.
