The biggest problem was how the staff handled our concerns. We said S/200 seemed excessive and asked if they could reconsider or offer a solution. They replied that it had already been paid and that, as adults, we had to take responsibility. There was no real attempt to talk it through or suggest another option, so we ended up filing a complaint in the official complaint book. The price wasn't displayed anywhere either, which added to the frustration and lack of transparency. The room was tidy, but that's a basic expectation, not a luxury. For S/200, it felt like poor value: the room was plain and outdated, with no fan or air conditioning despite unbearable heat, a small TV, and an ancient shower. Nothing about it justified the cost. I wouldn't recommend staying here for that price. There are much better options in the area for the same amount.

The couch smelled of bodily fluids, and the bathroom stank. The drain cover was broken, and the shower was filthy, with signs it hadn't been properly cleaned, let alone with bleach. I wouldn't recommend staying here even for a few hours. If you do, make sure to shower thoroughly once you get home.

Horrible. That saying about them pretending to work while we pretend to pay fits here, except in the end you really do pay.

The listing said “Room with sauna: 120 soles,” but we got no directions or information about where it was or how to access it. Worse, there was no air conditioning or even a fan. We left disappointed, stuck in sweltering heat. Even the cheapest hotel has a fan. Such a letdown, and we won't be back.
