The staff were fantastic, and the place was clean. I came to Lima for a few days and found the hotel super close to the airport, with a central location for all the activities I had planned. Amazing experience, 100% recommended!

They made me wait more than 20 minutes even though I had a reservation. The service was terrible, and the receptionist seemed clueless about handling it. She didn't know how to manage my booking. They wanted to charge more than the price listed on Booking.com, and the room they offered at the higher price was much too small.

I loved the room with a jacuzzi. Everything was comfortable and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Great value for money, highly recommended.

They charged us another 80 soles for using a towel, even if it had a stain, something I thought was included in the room price. When we tried to check out, they locked us in and wouldn't let us leave, with our taxi already waiting outside. The receptionist had been on her phone when we arrived and only handed over keys for three rooms without explaining anything. Terrible service. I wouldn't go back or recommend it.
