The service here really made me feel at home. Janette at reception was especially wonderful, and Augusto, the security person at the front, was great too. They bring breakfast to your room each morning, with fresh bread and ham and cheese or a sandwich with scrambled eggs and sausage, plus fresh juice, coffee, and sweet bread. I’d hesitated because the price was low and thought it might not be as nice as places I’d stayed before. I’m so glad I gave it a try. The location is excellent, the rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the showers have strong water pressure.

I felt very welcome here. The price is excellent, and the hotel is clean, secure, and has a nice view. It’s close to most downtown areas, financial districts, and stores. Safety is always something I look at when choosing a hotel, and this one definitely felt very secure.

They never replied to my messages, and the staff seemed totally incompetent. They couldn’t book a cab, and nobody spoke English at all. Go somewhere else, anywhere else.

The WiFi worked well, and there’s secure parking. The service was great and friendly too.
