I was here for one night after my flight was delayed. The location in Miraflores, right by the Indian Market, was handy, and the room looked modern and clean. The service was another story. I arrived at 11PM and was given no food, snacks, or water, even though the airline had promised these because of the delay. The staff seemed inattentive and unconcerned. There was tea and hot water in reception, but the dispenser still had coffee stains in it. I pointed this out and they didn't seem to care. There wasn't a free filtered-water dispenser either. When I asked about Lima's water quality, the receptionist said it was safe and gave me cold water, but it tasted gross. At breakfast they also served "agua fria" from the tap in a glass bottle, and it wasn't filtered.

The hotel put together a breakfast box for us since we had to leave before the buffet. We only stayed one night, but it was a pleasant visit, with a spotless room and a very comfortable bed. I'd definitely recommend it.

The location is great, and the staff are very friendly. The hotel has a free breakfast buffet and a really nice restaurant, and it's pretty clean. But city noise made it hard to sleep: traffic kept me from falling asleep at night, and construction woke me in the morning. I would've loved the place if it were quieter overnight and early in the day.

The only good part was the man who opened the entrance door when we arrived. The reception was hard to talk to, and the staff weren't friendly. As a gay couple, we felt unwelcome and got the impression they wanted to give us quick answers and get rid of us. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to another couple.
