Nhow Lima

Juanjo served us at dinner and knew his dishes well, with interesting thoughts on the ingredients. We were also really impressed by the breakfast buffet and dinner choices. Nhow was an amazing experience for my wife and me. I surprised her with a stay at this beautiful hotel for her birthday, and we were pleased with how unique and clean the rooms were. We’ll definitely be back!

The rooms were nicely styled, the beds comfortable, the pool heated, the bar good, and breakfast had plenty of choices. We booked on the spur of the moment because the hotel had only just opened. I'd still recommend it as a solid hotel if you go in with slightly lower expectations, though I probably wouldn't call it five-star. Some things were still getting sorted out. One morning, the breakfast buffet doors were shut, and we had to alert a staff member. I didn't enjoy the coffee, got a moldy cucumber one day, and for some reason the service staff ignored us during the first two days. Adjusting the room's air conditioning was difficult, so we turned it off at night. The Bluetooth sound system sounded terrible and was hard to pair. When we were leaving, we had to ask several times for an official taxi. Instead of arranging it right away, the staff suggested Uber, then said we could book one online ourselves.

The staff were all kind, friendly, and professional, and the airport transfer we took through the hotel was courteous, professional, and stress-free. We stayed here twice during our Peru visit and absolutely loved it. There are plenty of lovely restaurants nearby, and the central location worked well for us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. I loved the quirky design, colors, and little details. Breakfast was wonderful, with a particularly accommodating schedule: 6-11am, and until 12 noon on Sundays. There’s also a swimming pool on the 13th floor with city views, and a well-equipped gym with Technogym machines. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Nhow Lima!

Really good taste in the design, with bold colors and striking shapes. The room and bathroom were a good size, and the room was comfortable with more than enough equipment and facilities. The lobby, breakfast hall, lobby bar, and rooftop bar were all nicely decorated. Staff were friendly, very helpful with whatever we asked, and the service felt seamless. An excellent stay at Nhow Lima, definitely recommended!
