We stayed one night between flights. The hotel was pleasant and clean, with good rooms, beds, and bathroom, plus a delicious breakfast and friendly staff. The neighborhood was nice too, with a supermarket across the road and a good meal available at restaurant/café Mozart. The end of our Peru trip was still spoiled a little by the hotel’s airport taxi advice. They quoted $60 for their own service. When we asked about calling a taxi from the company operating at the airport, they said we could, but those taxis weren’t safe and theft happened there sometimes. That felt like completely unfounded fear-mongering to boost the hotel’s profit. The airport taxi cost us $15, was first-class, and took great care with safety. The driver’s name was clearly provided, and I saw no reason it would be unsafe. Very poor style. Apart from that, I’d recommend this excellent hotel without reservation.

The Spanish tortilla was the best I’ve ever had, and the bar drinks were really good too. My room was huge and very clean, and the service was spot on.

Our flight got cancelled, but the Novotel staff were amazing. They had us checked in by 9 pm and even prepared breakfast to take with us at 4 am.

A horrible stay. The place was dirty, the staff were rude, and they overcharged my card without reimbursing me. After I bought drinks, the bartender also gave me the wrong amount of change.

The restaurant made a big impression on me. The menu mixes modern cooking with Peruvian favorites, including a delicious take on conchitas a la parmesana and a flavorful lomo saltado. My waiter, Victor, greeted me with a smile each evening and asked after my mother. That small kindness meant a lot during a difficult trip. I was visiting my hometown in August to care for my mother’s health. I’m Peruvian but live in Washington, DC, and her small apartment had no room for me among all the medical equipment. Staying at Novotel Lima turned out to be the best choice. I could be in my own city and feel at home, almost like a tourist. From check-in on, the service was attentive. My room and room service were always ready and helped make the stay better. The team’s kindness and real effort to make me feel at home gave me warmth and comfort despite the circumstances. Gracias a todos at Novotel Lima. I’m deeply grateful for the care and sense of home you gave me.
