The mattress was soft, and the food was quite horrible this time, though it used to be very good on our previous stays. The bathroom exhaust fan was loud but didn’t do its job, so the towels stayed wet.

The breakfast buffet has pretty much everything you need, and you can ask for their specialties if the choices don’t suit you. Lunch and dinner were tasty too. After a workday, the comfortable room and bed make it easy to unwind, and the service makes you feel at home. A great business trip stay, and absolutely, I’ll do it again!

Good breakfast, a nice room, and a good location in a nice, safe area. The hotel is very well managed by Mr. Jorge Alfaro. Staff were polite, friendly, and professional, especially Jennifer. Congratulations, Mr. Alfaro, on having such great staff, perfect service, and a professional approach from the team. I had a great stay.
