The room had a musty smell, and the bathroom towels were pretty worn. The shower only had one water setting. Breakfast was limited to a cup of milk or tea and two rolls, with no fruit or cheese, unlike what you get at other hotels. It might do for a few days, but I wouldn't rate it as three-star.

There's no elevator, so this place won't suit anyone with mobility issues, and the rooms are old. Still, it's a budget three-star hotel with good service and a very nice coffee maker. Think of it as a hidden gem, not a four- or five-star stay. The bus stop is about 30 steps away, and Gutiérrez roundabout and several restaurants are under four blocks away. At night it may look unsafe if you're not from Lima, but it isn't. I'd give it three stars, maybe two and a half.

The location is handy, with a gas station and restaurants nearby, but I think the price could be better. Rooms are average, reception service is poor, breakfast is okay, and there isn't an elevator.

The rooms were dirty, the shower barely had any water, breakfast was bad, and there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms. Service was okay, but the staff didn't seem trained to help tourists and lacked a lot of information. I absolutely don't recommend this terrible hotel.
