San Agustin Exclusive Hotel

Mira Flores was a great base, with stores, restaurants, and casinos nearby, and Kennedy park just a couple of blocks away. Our travel agent booked us here for our Lima visit, and we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast menu was very good, and the restaurant area was comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Franklin was especially great, sharing useful information for getting around. I did notice some upkeep issues, though. Parts of the carpet were coming loose and could trip someone. Fixing that and attending to the worn areas would make a real difference.

Everything was very clean and nice. The beds were comfortable, and I slept well without any trouble.

The central location made it easy for my husband and me to get around to nearby sights, restaurants, and cultural spots while we were in Lima. We were delighted with our stay at San Agustin Exclusive Hotel, from arrival to departure. Diana and Nancy at reception deserve a special mention. They were warm, professional, and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and looking after what we needed. When we had trouble with some clothes that needed laundering, they acted right away. They made sure the laundry collected them, then carefully packed everything and arranged to send it to us in Europe. We really appreciated their care and problem-solving.

There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance, and Larcomar is about a 10 minute walk away. The hotel itself was disappointing. The rooms are a good size, but there's nothing fancy about them. Breakfast choices are very limited, and the food comes out much later than the advertised time. Don't count on an early bite before a trip. The internet was some of the worst I've encountered, not even reliable for a WhatsApp call. If you need it for work, you'll have to go down to the often crowded lobby. The front desk can provide a free signal extender, but the bandwidth is still very limited.
