Good location, but not much else to recommend it. My sheet was visibly dirty, and the amenities all looked worn. The room key quit working before checkout. It may be cheap for a Sheraton, but it doesn't meet Sheraton standards.

Room service was excellent, and the pasta and ice creams we ordered were both enjoyable. As a Bonvoy Gold member I got an upgrade to a larger room on the 17th floor, with a great view of the Supreme Court of Peru across the street. Some top-floor rooms felt dated, though. Mine was spacious but had no nightstand on one side. Overall, a decent hotel with excellent service.

This was the first nice hotel I'd stayed in, and I really enjoyed it. The help with directions and recommendations was great. There was a problem with our room when we arrived, but they quickly moved all our things to another one on a cart, in about five minutes. You can't go wrong staying here.

I spent three nights here, and Maria in the Executive Lounge deserves a special thank you. She was professional, friendly, and attentive. It was lovely to be welcomed each time with a hello and a smile. The lounge service was excellent.

I had a specific diet, and the team were always kind about explaining everything in detail. The food was great, and the 18th-floor lounge was kept really neat and tidy. Maria, Oscar, Abel, and Esmeralda gave the most caring, compassionate service. It almost felt like home. They should all get a raise 😀.
