The music can get ridiculously loud, even at 1 am or later on weekdays. When I asked them to turn it down because I couldn't sleep and had to work in the morning, they didn't care. Food was okay, though a little expensive for what you get. The first time they brought me the wrong dish, but that was fine. Sometimes it takes more than an hour for food to arrive. The woman in the shop sometimes charged too much, and sometimes forgot to charge me until I reminded her. Paying takes ages too, especially by card.

The staff are friendly, and you can pay by card, though they add 5%. I've only had the menu del dia, which was tasty and consistent for 15 soles. The food is good, if a bit basic.

The beach is right outside, and the location was perfect. I stayed for 10 days and felt so well looked after, the staff treated me like a king. I had everything I needed: an affordable room with a sea view, lovely food, and a friendly atmosphere. Beautiful hostel, wonderful staff. Loved it :)

Amelia is really friendly, and the staff are amazing. The food is really good, and the place sits right in front of the ocean. Surfboards and wetsuits are available to rent at good prices. Recommended 100%.

The people working here were especially kind and helpful, and I'd happily come back. We had a nice room with a beautiful beach view, and the food was amazing. You could eat at pretty much any time. We had a great stay!
