The owner made this stay especially memorable. I loved chatting with her about our two cultures; she speaks English fluently, has lived in the USA as an exchange student, and is a warm host. The hotel also has a small restaurant serving delicious Peruvian food. It’s in a lovely upscale part of Arequipa Peru, with shops and restaurants nearby, yet tucked one block away from a busy street, so it felt quiet, safe, and clean. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Peru and can recommend this one wholeheartedly. Great value, too.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely furnished, and the staff were attentive and very friendly. It’s also well placed for tourist sights and shopping. A comfortable, welcoming place to stay, highly recommended.

The location is a big plus, with banks, restaurants, malls, and tourist spots close by. Service from the manager and staff was great, and the hotel felt warm and personal. They’re always working to improve it.
