KiChic

Kichic was a highlight of our week in Peru after we landed. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge, with a fantastic location, chic design, and a clever layout that gives each guest private areas. The menu had so many excellent options that we ate something different each day. Ingredients were fresh and organic, and the service was impeccable. We also enjoyed the great massage facilities and yoga. Our suite was spacious and amazing, with a super comfortable bed and an ocean view for those incredible sunsets. Rocio was a fantastic host and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Kichic, a unique getaway that ranks high on our list of perfect escapes.

We felt right at home in room KI, and had such a lovely stay at Kichic. The only thing that kept us from enjoying a swim in the sea was the rocks. The hotel is small and adults-only, with a beautiful atmosphere and a friendly, courteous team. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, including baked goods made there, and Vinjasa Yoga takes place every morning at 9am. The restaurant sits right by the sea, and the food is both beautifully presented and genuinely delicious, with standout quality. I’d happily recommend this place.

Choosing between the pool and the ocean was the hardest part, so naturally we did both. This intimate Pacific-side hotel has a relaxed, chic beach feel, with found treasures picked by the owner adding character to the rooms and grounds. The staff are warm and professional. The menu is extensive, focused on vegetarian dishes and seafood, and gives Peruvian classics an elevated touch. Lots to choose from.

We stayed four days and ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner here each day without repeating a single dish. Not one meal let us down. We’ve been to plenty of good hotels, but the food here beats them all. Incredible, and we’ll definitely come back.
