We never even got to stay, so I wish I could give this zero stars. We booked and paid through Expedia about two months ahead. At arrival, they said the booking hadn't gone through and had no rooms for us. We've been trying to get the money back, but neither the hotel nor Expedia has answered our calls or emails. Awful service.

I came from Lima for the holiday and had a lovely few days of rest in Máncora. The rooms were clean and the service was excellent. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms and pool were clean. The TV was broken, which was the one drawback, but I'd still recommend the place.

The pool was dirty, and there was no water in the rooms. The air conditioning in the first room wasn't working either.

Awful place. The rooms were dirty and the service terrible. They were unprofessional from the booking onward, and there were broken TVs and other issues.
