The staff were friendly, but there was a lot that needed attention. Our room was the most expensive one, yet its condition wasn't great and it was never cleaned during our three-night stay. The shower kept dripping, and several curtain hooks were missing, making the curtains hard to open and close. I also felt a bit insecure because the beach access stayed open day and night, our room was the first one, and we had no key to lock it from either side. The place was supposed to be like paradise, with a sea view, but sadly the staff didn't take care of it. Breakfast wasn't satisfactory, and the 8:30 to 10:30 schedule was too late for our 6 am tour. They couldn't offer a solution because the kitchen staff arrived at 8 am. There are quite a few things to improve.

It's a small, quiet place with no crowds and not many shops, just a few selling snacks and drinks, so I'd buy what you need in a bigger town. There are restaurants in the village, though they aren't very cheap. The beach gate closes at 7 pm, but you can still use the pool after that. Breakfast is served until 11 am, and cleaning is done when you want it. They offer lots of spa and massage services, and the kitchen is available after midday. A lovely place to relax by the ocean.

The spa was lovely, and the view made the place even nicer. I had the best massage of my life. Jhersson, thanks for being so helpful and understanding, and the rest of the staff were welcoming too.
