I felt at ease as soon as I arrived at Rio hotel, since the staff are welcoming and speak English. My Spanish is limited, so that was a relief. The place is safe, quiet, and clean, with good internet, hot water all day and night, and breakfast included. Great value for money!

The owner was kind and helped us sort out problems, even ones that had nothing to do with the hotel. He speaks good English and is available around the clock. We arrived in the middle of the night and were welcomed at reception, then given an upgraded room. The rooms are comfortable, and I’d highly recommend the hotel!

The room was reasonably clean and the staff were friendly. The pool looks nice, but there was a lot of noise from guests playing music, the front doorbell, and dogs barking outside. The TV didn’t work, and the shower only had cold water.

This hotel was awful, and everything was filthy. There was also a rude man who flirted with the girls when people left their keys at reception and went into their rooms.
