We came to Hotelier for our anniversary and had a lovely stay. It's an intimate boutique hotel with 6-7 rooms, and Javier, the very friendly owner, is an amazing chef. The meals were so good that we ate at the restaurant every time. They were the best we've had in all of South America. You can relax in hammocks, and the WiFi is great for working from the deck, which has a nice sea view.

Javier is lovely and gave us good tips. We had a great time, enjoying the tasty Peruvian drinks and excellent food. The hotel is right in front of the beach. You can go horseback riding or take a boat to see Whales, and if you're lucky, you might spot them while sitting at the restaurant.

Javier's cooking is the best food anywhere in South America. Skip dinner in town and stay close to home to eat here!

It's a quiet property with friendly staff and a welcoming owner. The staff were very accommodating. There's not much beach directly in front, but a decent stretch is just a short walk away. The ride to Mancora by mototaxi takes under 10 minutes, and it's bumpy but fun. The on-site restaurant offers a range of dishes. Javier, the owner, is also a famous chef cook, and he made us an amazing dinner one evening.

We were there for a meeting, when the food is usually mediocre, but The Wise Restaurant at Hotelred proved otherwise. The salad was served at the right temperature and well dressed, salt included. Pork with wild rice and asparagus was outstanding, and the chocolate mousse was out of this world. I can't wait to return!
