I went without a reservation after seeing the price for two nights on booking.com. I asked if they could offer me the same price without taxes, which would have suited both of us. The boy quickly changed the room prices on the computer and urged me to refresh the page on my phone. The people were very rude and greedy.

The hostel is right in the town center and near the train station for onward travel. We had a lovely one-night stay and slept well in a really comfortable bed. The morning light came through the curtains and made the room quite bright, but we managed just fine. Breakfast costs extra, though it was very filling, with fruit, hot drinks, and bread with jam.

We had mountain and ruin views from our room, and it was a good stay. The hotel is exactly one block from the main square. Walking to the station was easy and downhill, and the walk back took about 15 minutes. We felt very safe walking from the station at night in the dark.

The rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast was terrific, and there was always someone at reception. The staff were very friendly, and the price was excellent. After a high-rated hotel we really didn't like, this was a perfect surprise. Highly recommended!
