Jenny makes the place feel especially cozy and homey. Every day at 5 p.m., she brings out a thermos of hot water for tea and coffee. She’s such a kind, welcoming host, and the atmosphere feels warm and family-like. The rooms are great, there’s always hot water, and the location in Pisac is hard to beat. We totally recommend it!

Janny and Alberto are great hosts at this lovely family-run hotel. The attached shop has all the essentials, and the main square, restaurants, and other shops are within walking distance. It’s excellent value for money. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the internet connection in ours was strong. Beds are firm, with clean sheets, blankets, and pillowcases. The bathroom is functional, with a hot shower, and towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided. Highly recommended.

A friendly owner and staff make this feel like a nice, homely place. There are only a few basic rooms, but they’re very clean. We had a comfortable bed, a warm shower, and hot water for tea. The service was great. :)

The rooms are quiet and beautiful, and the price is great. The owner is very sweet. You can rent an electric heater for an extra charge. Two cute, friendly cats wander around too, which is a nice bonus if you love cats. 😸😺
