The bedroom didn’t look anything like the photos on Booking, and the duvet didn’t even have a cover. The kitchen was very dirty, so we skipped breakfast. Guests were extremely loud in the lobby, smoking and partying until midnight, and staff did nothing despite several requests. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Avoid it.

Sergio treated us like family and looked after us so well. We could walk to everything we wanted to see, and breakfast was always wonderful. We can’t praise the hospitality enough. Thank you for taking care of us.

Sergio, the owner, is the best: friendly and full of useful information. Each room has plenty of space, a hot shower, and a small balcony. Breakfast changed every day, there was coffee available all day, and the lounge area was nice. The attached restaurant serves great food.

Sergio makes this place feel especially welcoming, and he works incredibly hard to make sure everything is just right. You can get around Pisac on foot, and collectivos pass right along the road outside. The rooms are on the small side, and there can be some noise, but it’s one of the most welcoming places I’ve stayed in Peru.
