The room is good but the service is bad. We were staying there 3 days. The first day, a cleaner was trying to open the room before knocking and we are inside the room on the bed. The second day, they plan to carry out a disinfection spray, but they did not tell us before. They only come to the room and request we have to leave the hotel immediately for a few hours. And we have an important 1-hour meeting. We can not cancel and 10 minutes is not enough time to move to another place to set up the meeting. So we can not leave and have to do the meeting unprofessionally with noise background and t

The reception staff weren't very helpful when we checked-in but it wasn't too bad really. I guessed it was just because our Spanish isn't so good. But the really bad thing was on our second day in the hotel. We work online and had appointments arranged, so we were working in the room. The staff came and told us we had to leave because they wanted to fumigate the building. The good thing was that they went to find someone who could speak English to talk to us. I explained that we had appointments and we could only leave the room after 2pm. They said this was ok. So I thought the issue was done

This hotel was very nice. In a good neighborhood. Great service. It was very kept up. Very modern in an old soul city. I loved it. Would highly recommend
