I paid 85 soles per night, about 25USD, and it didn't feel worth it. I chose it because it was the only place available near the bus station. The woman at check-in was friendly and tried to make me feel welcome, but I waited more than 15 min because she was so slow. My room had a strange smell and didn't seem clean enough. The bed was really uncomfortable, and noise from the other rooms kept me from sleeping well.

I'd give it zero points if I could. It was loud, the staff were unfriendly, and the place was dirty. Even after the room had been cleaned, I found strange hair in the bed. Definitely not worth the money.

The staff were friendly, but that was the one decent part of a horrendous stay. The room smelled like sewage and insect/rat poison, and the mattresses, sheets, and pillows stank of sweat. It was obvious they hadn't been washed. There was no ventilation, just one fan pushing hot air around, and the bathroom was worse still. I won't even describe it. Other places offer a far better stay for 10 soles more. Families heading to Piura should avoid this place. Paying 15 soles extra at another accommodation near the Bolognesi roundabout makes a huge difference. I wish there were a zero-star rating. Okay, bye.

The fans could be replaced so the rooms feel cooler and more pleasant, but I have no other complaints. My room was clean and nothing was missing when I arrived, and it was comfortable. The staff treated me very well, and the service was excellent. I recommend the hotel.
