Hotel Montana

It’s a quiet spot around seven blocks from Piura's main square. The facilities are fine for the price, though some upkeep would help: the paint and furniture need attention, and details like the bathroom and bathtub silicone could look better.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the other young woman and the young man were kind and helpful. Ms. Magaly, the receptionist, was the opposite: rude and bossy, and she frowned whenever she had to unlock the door. She answered every request rudely. I found her completely ineffective as a receptionist and think she should be moved to another position. I didn’t add more to the complaints book because I was in a hurry.

The room was clean and pleasant, with a 43" smart TV and Netflix. The hot and cold water worked perfectly, and there’s air conditioning. Five stars.
