The rooms are quite small, but each one has air conditioning, which is a must. The building is new and narrow, with five rooms on each floor. Everything was clean and nice. They bring continental breakfast to your room, and the price is good for what you get.

The rooms are small, so the air conditioning feels incredible. For the price, it's about as good as you'd expect.

Payment is the problem here. They can be very deceptive in the negotiation and overcharge you if you arrive before check-in. The room itself is fine and quite comfortable, and the location works since you're very close to a shopping center.

For S/. 80, I got a private room with a double bed, air conditioning, desk, bathroom, and Wi-Fi. It was spacious and clean. They provide an invoice, and you can book through WhatsApp. Service and attention were good. The bathroom had no water heater, but in Piura's climate that wasn't necessary. The entrance to the 5th floor area smelled musty, and the cable TV signal was poor. It's near Open Plaza and just a few minutes from the airport.

It's not that cheap, and the service was slow. They first said the heater was broken, then another employee turned it on, but it was too cold. My friend's order was simple, yet they brought everyone else's food before hers, which really annoyed us. They also refused to bring the tartar sauce that's part of the jelly.
