The service was good.

The location is convenient, the reception service was good, and the coffee shop is nice. But our room was a mess. We had booked the most expensive option through Booking.com, described as a king bed with a window overlooking the street. At check-in, they said availability had forced a room change. We got Room 102, across from reception, with no window. We could hear everything, from the receptionist's phone and keyboard at night to the café customers arriving around 6:30 in the morning. When we raised it, the receptionist said this wasn't the first complaint. Why keep renting a room that causes the same problem? We also woke up with no electricity. We understood there was an area outage, but other businesses nearby had generators. Would anyone pay extra for a room that feels like sleeping in reception?

I left after breakfast because I couldn't keep putting up with the stay. My company had booked three nights for a business trip, but even one night didn't feel sustainable. Breakfast was included, and they said it was coffee, scrambled eggs, bread, and juice, but there was no juice. Only after another guest complained did they offer me some. The room was a prefabricated unit on the fourth floor, reached by a metal staircase, with a creaky wooden ceiling. There was no hot water either. The front desk told me to let the tap run for five minutes, which seemed wasteful in a region short on water.
