For around 60 or maybe 70 soles a night, this is a decent deal. I’d stay here again if I come back to Piura. My room had a double bed, closet, end tables, desk under the TV, and a private bathroom with hot water that got scorching once it heated up. The desk setup made it easy to plug in an HDMI cable. Street-facing rooms have outside windows and street noise, while the other option is a back room with an interior window. Some rooms have A/C and others a fan. The fan was enough for me.

The staff were helpful and nice, and it cost 70 Soles. The reason I’m giving it 3/5 is that it didn’t work in my room.

A nice hotel right on the avenue, in a handy central spot between the plaza and the shopping centers. Rates are 70 for a single room and 90 for a double.
