There are plenty of services nearby, and the hotel is close to the town center. The staff seemed regular at first, but after a few days they got too comfortable and started touching my belongings. I’m staying until the 26th, and I’ll share any updates.

Dinner was just pork chops, and the next morning they started calling me at 4 am to get me to leave. The airport staff had told us, my son and me, that pickup would be at 7 am for our 9 am flight. It seemed like they were trying to avoid giving us breakfast. When they went to collect guests from the other hotels, those guests were told to come back in half an hour because breakfast was in really bad shape. Latan had canceled our flight and sent us to this hotel, and honestly the service was terrible.

The room had all the basics I needed, including a minibar and air conditioning, and it was comfortable. The shower and sink each had separate hot and cold taps. There aren't rooms in the common areas, but that was fine. Everything was great, and Mr. Luis Uribe at reception was the best.

Mr. Luis Uribe was excellent at reception, and the location was perfect. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel in Pucallpa. Everything else was fine too, though my room, 304, had no electrical outlets near the bed or anywhere convenient and stable.
