The reception woman was always available and very kind, and the room was set up with everything we needed, including a small desk, bedside tables, and a closet. My friend and I have been traveling through South America for almost three months, and this was the best hotel we've stayed in. Room 201 was spacious and extremely clean, with a modern smart TV. The WiFi stayed fast and reliable, the shower was warm with good pressure, and the beds and blankets were super comfortable. Thick curtains helped us sleep well, too. A real 10/10, especially for the price, and a great option for backpackers in Puno.

The host was super friendly and went out of her way to arrange an airport transfer and share local tips about Puno. Her English was very good, which made everything stress free for me. I had the whole apartment for one night, and it was comfortable, very clean, and had great beds with crisp white bedding. The bathroom was tidy and had hot water whenever I needed it. There's also a small, practical kitchenette for making hot drinks, plus a fridge for your own use. Great quality, value, and central location. Highly recommended.

We stayed in suite 201, and the place was super clean, simply and beautifully decorated, and close to the main square. The kitchen gear was really good. Marina and Beatrice were at the front desk, and Marina kindly helped us with directions. Great service and management. Definitely recommend this place.

The women working there were so welcoming and kind. They remembered our names and let us wait for our night bus well past checkout, giving us blankets to stay warm. The rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable, with a TV that had Netflix and Prime Video. Great value for money, and I'd definitely recommend it!

I had a spacious, clean, and really comfortable room, and a great stay. The staff member was so kind and helpful when I accidentally left my phone in a taxi. She helped me communicate with the local police, and thanks to her, I got my phone back. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
