We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. The place is generally well kept, with lovely cats downstairs and a clean shared kitchen. Our bed and the bathroom were clean, and there was always a hot shower. Nothing to complain about, and we'd stay again.

It's a nice garden, though not a very big one. Breakfast is simple, but I only need coffee in the morning. The room I had was basic but clean, and I didn't need heating. I booked by email in English. The staff speak Spanish and are very friendly. It's about a ten-minute walk to both the tourist center and the harbor. The area didn't seem dangerous to me, though I saw police standing around in various places.

That central spot between the bus terminal, downtown, and the port was the main plus. The room itself was in rough shape: worn, stained carpet, a sagging old mattress, and a toilet bowl with what looked like years of urine stains. It costs far too much for this quality. They need to renovate or cut the prices drastically.

We weren't cold overnight, and the room was fine enough, with hot water in the shower. Breakfast was just average, as was the host's welcome. Parking was advertised, but when we got there the host said we should've messaged ahead to reserve a space.
