The staff were friendly. Still, the street noise and not having hot water made the stay pretty uncomfortable.

The carpets smell bad, and the place is dirty, run-down, and expensive. Their travel agency is pricey too, so I wouldn't recommend it at all. There used to be a restaurant on the corner, but Entel rents that space now. If you're considering booking here, run away.

I wouldn't recommend their tourist service. Honestly, it was a very bad experience. I have no comment on the hotel itself.

I only needed one night, and things were okay, but the room arrangement wasn't what I'd booked. I reserved and paid ahead for one second-floor room for an adult with mobility problems, since there's no elevator, plus a third-floor room for myself. The second-floor one was occupied when we arrived, so they put us both on the third floor instead.

Everything was clean and tidy, with hot water, Wi-Fi, and more. Service was excellent, so I recommend it. I stayed Friday, March 13, 2015, through Sunday, March 15, 2015. Regards.
