I stayed here often in 2021 and 2022. The service was good for such affordable prices, and if I came back to Puno, I’d definitely consider staying again.

From the outside the hotel looked perfect, and it’s centrally located with a paid garage for 35 Peruvian soles a night. But nobody mentioned there was a club or disco in the same building or right next door. The glass between my room and the corridor shook all night, and I couldn’t sleep at all. There was also a lot of dust under the bed, and the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I’m allergic, so I couldn’t breathe properly. Thankfully, I only had to stay one night.

The rooms were warm, and the hotel is in a good, new location, but the TVs are small. Service could have been better, and there were no toiletries available to buy at reception.
