Marlon's House Puno

The rooms are large, very clean, and have private bathrooms. The staff are warm, nice, and helpful. They can book trips at better prices than elsewhere in the area. The same owner has locations in Cusco and Arequipa and is very knowledgeable and helpful. We look forward to checking those places out too. I'll happily return and strongly recommend it.

Juli was incredibly helpful organizing transportation and knows a lot. The hotel is simple but has what you need. It's close to the city center, and the upper floors get sunshine and a lovely lake view. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, showers have hot water, and the wifi works. Thank you!

We slept well here, close to the center but away from the noise. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, and some have a lovely lake view. The staff looked after us really well. I'd recommend it.

The sixth-floor rooms get lovely morning sun and look out over the lake, though getting up there is quite a workout! We enjoyed our two-night stay, and the staff were friendly and eager to share tips about the area.
