The staff were friendly, and the location is great, right next to the Puno Square. It's not easy to get to by car, though. The place is dated, the bathtub was clogged, and breakfast choices were limited.

We could hear street noise and our neighbors from the suite, which was a shame. Our 4F suite was very nice and functional, and it was a great location with good service from the front desk and bellmen teams, especially Karla, Christian & Julio. The buffet breakfast was average, though Pastor & Flor provided excellent service.

The team made us feel welcome, and the location was great. We slept comfortably, especially with four pillow options, from firm to soft. One small request: a kettle in the room would be useful, and the polystyrene cups in the foyer could be replaced with china ones. Thanks for a lovely stay.

It’s very close to central Puno, but the rooms had issues with the water installation and ventilation.

The location was great, but I wouldn’t rate this as a four-star stay. The staff weren’t friendly, and there was no complimentary bottled water in the room, so we had to pay for it or ask the restaurant to refill our bottles. The bathtub was clogged, and I found hair on the pillow. The shampoo and conditioner were poor quality, so bring your own. There was also a pipe by the window that made such loud dripping noises I couldn’t sleep, even with music on.
