We couldn't sleep properly: the rooms barely blocked sound, and a club kept pounding music until 6 a.m. There was mold all over the bathroom, and the breakfast was very mediocre. Three oxygen canisters were there, but every one was empty when someone in our group needed oxygen in the middle of the night. Worst hotel of our trip so far.

The room and public areas were spacious, and the modern heater in the room worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. I liked that it was only two blocks from Plaza Mayor, yet far enough away from the noise.

I had a really comfortable bed and plenty of space, including a large bathroom and wardrobe. This was the first and only hotel where I found a radiator, which was handy for drying clothes. The breakfast had a great variety. The staff were kind, friendly, and offered useful advice, and after check-out they let me work in the relaxation area until my next bus. It was also just steps from central Puno, the main attractions, restaurants, and bars.

The hotel is right in the center, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the great breakfast, too. The staff were attentive and kind, and they offer a complimentary five-minute turn with an oxygen tank :)
