The large pool is nice, with plenty of room for young children to play in the shallow areas. It doesn’t get deeper than 5 feet anywhere. The rooms are okay, but avoid the first floor if you can, since random animals and insects may get inside. There are no elevators, and the resort is big, so expect to walk and use the stairs. We came based on a recommendation from local Peruvians who’d visited before, and I wish I hadn’t taken it. I’ve stayed at several all-inclusive resorts in the United States, and this one was horrible. The restaurant staff weren’t attentive, and the food tasted really bad. It was mostly American food, and the drinks were awful too. You have to choose from a set drinks menu and can’t ask for what you want. The Wi-Fi and restaurant booking system are a joke. Like other people have said, reserving restaurants seems impossible, and nobody at the front desk knew how to help. They kept pointing fingers and telling us to wait. When we asked for a manager, we were told there wasn’t one available. There are lots of staff members, but no one seems to be managing things. Maybe that’s why it’s so chaotic. Don’t come here.

There were plenty of activities for kids, which was a plus. The staff were super nice, and the rooms were okay, though this definitely isn’t a luxury resort. I thought the buffet food was better than the all-inclusive plus option, so the standard package may be enough. They could improve the food, English-speaking service, and update the rooms. I don’t think I’d pay 4k to stay here with my family again.

The entertainment team brought so much energy and passion, they did an awesome job. Carlos is an amazing choreographer, and all the dancers are great. Angel and Sophia especially stood out, their smiles are contagious 💗🫶🏻. Ariel, the showman, always kept the audience engaged. Highly recommend! ✨💗

Getting here took a flight followed by almost two hours of extra transportation, and we expected the stay to be great. Instead, the customer service and front desk were terrible. They didn’t know what the place offered and made no effort to help troubleshoot. The people serving food were amazing, but the buffet wasn’t as good as I expected. Room service was awful too. They clean in the afternoon, so you have to wait until the room is ready.
