The river views were lovely, and breakfast was excellent with plenty to eat. We came with two 2-year olds and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were kind, and getting into town by car was easy. The pool is small but child-friendly, with several steps down to deeper water. Our roadside room was a little noisy.

The rushing river outside made it easy to fall asleep in the comfortable beds. This fairly new hotel is on the edge of Quillabamba, about five minutes from the town centre by car, so it's not really walkable. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the outdoor pool is a real plus.

It's peaceful here, away from the city noise, and card payments are accepted. Breakfast is included, and it was really nice and satisfying. The service was excellent.

The hotel is good and the facilities are very nice, though there are quite a few things to improve. We weren't told at booking that our room had no television, and there was no water at night. In the afternoon the pool was full of bugs, and breakfast was very limited. Apart from that, things were fine.

The place was well maintained and pleasant for a vacation, and the food was good, though not exceptional. Rooms are spacious and nice. The internet on the third floor is poor, so the first floor is the better spot to use it. The pool was full of bugs and leaves, and I doubt it gets cleaned regularly, especially with trees and insects nearby. It's close to the river, though, and bringing insect repellent is a good idea.
